The Trust for Social Achievement Foundation (TSA) tests and supports innovative, results-driven approaches that increase self-sufficiency and improve life outcomes for Bulgaria’s poor, with a focus on the Roma. Under Earning by learning project, TSA implement project activities aiming to improve the quality of education and educational level of disadvantage youth as well as well as improving the labor market positions of youth.

Areté Youth Foundation iis an organization supporting high-potential youth who are limited by social and economic barriers in Bulgaria and the Balkans.Arete envisions a Roma community of engaged citizens and positive role models who support each other to achieve educational, career, and personal success. Under Earning by learning project, the organization implements project activities aiming to improve the quality of education and educational level of disadvantage youth as well as improving the labor market positions of youth.

The EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 are set up to contribute to the reduction of social and economic disparities in Europe. Recognising the strong link between social and economic equality and participation in the labour market, measures addressing youth employment are encouraged throughout the various programmes of the EEA and Norway Grants. In addition, the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment specifically aims to support transnational project initiatives that promote sustainable and quality youth employment. The focus on transnational cooperation reflects the view that unemployment among youth is a common European challenge and common European solutions should therefore be explored.
