Trust for Social Achievement Foundation organizes free entrepreneurship training within Earning by Learning project, funded by the European Economic Area under the Youth Employment program.
What is training aimed at?
We offer a comprehensive program to provide the necessary foundation and first steps towards starting a business. Practical training, case studies and real examples, functional forms – practice and efficiency, quality consultations and mentoring support.
If you want to open a shop or cafe, start your own online project or any other idea – the training will give you the necessary knowledge and tools to realize it.
All participants will receive a certificate for the completed training, and those who have prepared the best business plans, after the end of the training, will receive free mentoring support and additional services to help their realization!
The program
The training is organized in sessions in which you will participate in person and online, depending on the session:
1. Introduction to entrepreneurship
2. Entrepreneurial skills
3. Motivation and assessment of entrepreneurial potential
4. Business idea
5. Legal aspects and human resources
6. Marketing and digital marketing
7. Financial planning and accounting
8. Financing and Investments
9. Business plan and business start-up
10. Electronic Business
11. Intellectual Property
12. Green entrepreneurship
13. Final test and certification
The training will end with a final attended event Pitching Days – Competition of entrepreneurial ideas, where all prepared business plans will compete and will be evaluated and ranked according to pre-developed criteria, and the best will receive prizes!
The training is expected to last for 4 weeks (one month), including face-to-face and online sessions in the period January – February 2023. The specific dates will be specified further, after the formation of the group.
Who is it aimed at?
With our Earning by Learning project we aim to address young people in a disadvantaged situation, the target group of the project consists of young people between the ages of 18 and 29, with completed secondary education, from the regions of Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and Stara Zagora, living in difficult conditions, but with desire and ideas for developing their own business.
Requirements for participation
In order to fall into the target group of the project and to be able to participate in the training, you must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 29.
- To have access to a computer/tablet/smartphone and internet to join the online sessions.
- Be based in Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora, or any of the settlements in these areas.
- You have completed your secondary education (incl. you may be a student at the moment, without a higher education degree).
- Being a disadvantaged youth.
Within the framework of the project, under “disadvantaged groups” are perceived youth who are at higher risk of poverty, social exclusion, discrimination and violence compared to the rest of the population, including but not limited to ethnic minorities, migrants , people with disabilities, abandoned persons, etc.
How to get involved?

Fill out the registration form and give us a short answer to the two questions Why am I interested in entrepreneurship? and What business idea would I implement?
We will make a selection of the applicants and form a group.
As soon as we get a group together, we’ll contact you to let you know when we’re starting (soon!).
Come to a course and take a step towards realizing your ideas!
How much does it cost?
Training is completely free.
For all participants with a place of residence outside the venue of the present sessions (the city of Plovdiv), travel expenses by public transport are covered, as follows:
- when traveling by bus or train to the city of Plovdiv and back, travel expenses are paid in the amount of twice the price of a one-way ticket for arrival by bus or train to the relevant town. The funds are paid to the trainees upon provision of a one-way ticket on the route;
- the same applies to public transport within the city of Plovdiv to reach the training hall.
- For participants with residence outside the city of Plovdiv who need accommodation, the organizers cover overnight expenses up to BGN 30/day.
