Does the business benefit from cultural diversity in the team?

On 24 June from 4 to 5 pm we are organising together with the Bulgarian Association for People Management a seminar on How does HR contribute to diversity in the workplace?.

We will talk about what an organization gains if it promotes diversity, how we stimulate the creation of diversity in teams and how we overcome negative attitudes and attitudes towards differences.

Special guest speakers will be Branimira Neshovska, Head of HR for Bulgaria, Hungary and Croatia, HP Inc and Snezhana Dineva, Senior Recruiter at Sensata, who will make our discussion practically oriented by sharing their companies’ experiences – programs, initiatives, projects promoting diversity in teams and inclusion of all employees.

Branimira Neshovska has been with the company since January 2008, starting as HR Generalist. Since September 2015, she has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources for Bulgaria and Hungary, and since November 2018 also Croatia.

Branimira’s expertise includes talent management, training and development, coaching, employee engagement, internal communications, HR policies, etc.

Over these years she has gained valuable know-how in various areas and has been instrumental in positioning the HR department as a strategic business partner.

Branimira holds a Professional Bachelor’s Degree from Medical College, Sofia; Diploma in Computer Information Processing from UASG; Certificate in Professional Management, Open University, UK; University Degrees in Management and Administration and Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University. Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology will be launched in 2020.

Snezhana joined Sensata in April 2015 as a Recruitment Specialist and since November 2018 she has held the position of Senior Recruitment Specialist.
Snezhana has previous experience in recruitment in a recruitment agency.
In her professional career, Snezhana has worked on projects related to diversity and inclusion, onboarding programs, strategic recruitment, positioning the company as an employer of choice and building an employer brand.
Snejana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in English Philology from Sofia University. She is certified as a Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter by AIRS. She has been a participant in two seasons of the Metnor Able Mentor Program, in which she assisted 10th and 11th grade students to choose an appropriate university major and find their career.

The seminar is part of a series of online events in which we will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experiences, share successful practices during 2021. Our guest speakers will be Bulgarian and international experts with whom we will look for workable solutions on current HR topics. The seminar series is organized in partnership with Earning by Learning project of Trust for Social Achievement.
