On November 30,  2022 from 2 to 3 p.m., the webinar “About the new modes of work – corporate and personal” will take place via Zoom.

In this seminar, the topic of the new way of working will be discussed from the perspective of the company and personal experience. The guest speaker will be Ani Filipova – a professional with over 25 years of international banking experience. Until April 2021, she is the Regional COO for Citibank’s Cash Flow Management, Payments and Trade Transactions in Asia, where she is responsible for 16 markets and over 10,000 employees. Her positions spanned product management, customer relations, operations, risk and audit. Annie will share her experiences and lessons learned regarding the new modes of work – how they are introduced in the bank, what challenges they face and how they approach them, how they keep employees engaged and motivated, where are the similarities and differences in these processes y us and in the Asian business world.

The new modes of work will also be examined through the lens of Ani Filipova’s own career path. When and how do we decide it’s time for a change, how do we make the decision to make a sharp turn in the career path after you’ve achieved everything in the corporate world, what is the thing that can motivate you to keep developing.
