On November 11, 2021 at 4 pm will be held an online seminar on “Agile and Scrum for HR” with guest speaker Dolly Vuchkova, Senior Recruitment Business Partner, Proxiad Bulgaria.
Dolly Vuchkova will share her experience on how a company can draw inspiration from the processes commonly applied in IT and adapt the Scrum methodology to work well for the recruitment team.
We will also comment on why being Agile is important and how Scrum can be useful in the work of the HR team. How to implement a Scrum process in the recruitment team. How it helps the team performance and what are the benefits during the pandemic. And what results it leads to.
The workshop is part of a series of online events in 2021, during which we have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experiences, share successful practices. Our guest speakers are Bulgarian and international experts, with whom together we are looking for workable solutions on current HR topics. The seminar series is organized in partnership with Earning by Learning project of Trust for Social Achievement Foundation.
