21 employees from Kaufland Bulgaria team participated in specialized training organized by Trust for Social Achievement foundation, dedicated to diversity in teams and the professional environment.
Embracing Diversity is a project managed by Trust for Social Achievement foundation, through which the goal is for more people to be socially engaged with the topic of differences, no matter on what basis – ethnicity, education, culture and others. The idea is to consciously overcome public stereotypes about the differences between people, thereby proving to achieve higher results in the work environment.
One of the ways to achieve this goal is the holding of trainings, through which we strive to overcome a number of public prejudices through an innovative methodology. Employees have the opportunity to develop sensitivity to differences, which unlocks more engagement, understanding, and equality in relationships and expectations in the professional environment. During this type of training, focus is also placed on “thinking outside the box”, so that people develop their potential, overcome prejudices and perceive the environment around them more positively. The trainings are pre-agreed and adapted to the specific specific needs of the companies.
