From the series of seminars that we organize together with the Bulgarian Association for People Management – on July 22, 2021, from 4 pm to 5 pm, we invite you to another online seminar, this time dedicated to “How do company causes actively work for employee engagement?”.
In this seminar we will talk about how the social causes that companies support can be a leading tool for increasing employee engagement, we will see how the new reality brought about by COVID-19 has impacted on volunteering initiatives and which of them are priorities for employees. Employee engagement is not just part of the job of HR departments. It is a top priority for any company that clearly understands that its most valuable asset is its people.
Elitsa Barakova, Executive Director of BCause and Krasimira Velichkova, Director of the Bulgarian Donors Forum will tell us about good examples of companies whose support for various causes and social initiatives helps to solve important problems for society, builds their image as a good employer and increases the engagement of their employees. The discussion will be moderated by Maria Marinova-Alkalay, a trainer and consultant in the field of social inclusion, human rights and diversity.
The seminar is part of a series of online events in which we will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experiences, and share successful practices throughout 2021. Our guest speakers will be Bulgarian and international experts, with whom we will jointly search for workable solutions on current HR topics. The seminar series is organized in partnership with the project “First Steps for Professional Development”, managed by Trust for Social Achievement Foundation.
The event will be virtual, in Zoom. Registration here
