On February 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., BAMP and Trust for Social Achievement (TSA) are organizing another seminar in the series we are doing. However, this time we invite you to Burgas to talk about the youngest generation, which is already part of the labor market. What is required to attract their attention to us as an employer, what do we need to do to retain them, to engage them to give their best in the work process. We will hear the shared experience of Decathlon Bulgaria. Our special guest will be Zhelyazka Ivanova, who is a representative of Generation Z and is already building her successful career in Decathlon Bulgaria.

Anatoly Parshikov, manager, Decathlon Burgas has been with Decathlon Bulgaria since its opening in 2013. During this period, he has gone through all positions in retail, being part of the opening of 5 out of 11 stores in the country as a manager or leader. His last position was manager of “Dekatlon” Burgas.

Zhelyazka Ivanova is 19 years old and lives in Sredets. She graduated with honors from the English Language High School in Burgas and plans to continue her education. She is one of the successful young people with whom the Social Alternative Trust Foundation works on the First Steps for Professional Development project. He is currently an employee at the Decathlon store in Burgas.

The seminar is part of a series of events in which we will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experience, and share successful practices.
