On 23 March 2021, from 16.00 to 17.00 we invite you to a seminar on “Trust – The Currency of the Future”. The guest speaker will be Tamara Valencic, Strategic HR Manager. The year 2020 changes fundamentally the way we all perceive safety – from a psychological point of view. This disruptive year in many aspects has taught us what safety really means to people. In this workshop, Tamara will tell real case studies and stories of companies that have been able to build trust with their employees – how they do it, the steps they follow, how long the process takes, and of course what the results are afterwards.

Tamara Valencic is an expert in people development, talent management, organizational design, communications. She successfully combines her expertise in each of these areas to create a corporate culture of engagement and performance. In her professional career to date, she has been part of the Slovenian civil service, the country’s Chamber of Commerce, worked in the inter-national telecommunications industry, and in the startup world.

Today she is an independent strategic advisor in the field of human resource management, organizational design and talent management. She is also a strategic advisor to boards of small and medium-sized Slovenian and Croatian companies, mainly in the high-tech industry.

She has won the regional ProPR award as well as the HR Manager of the Year award in Slovenia. She is an active member and lecturer of various Slovenian associations, a member of the editorial team of the Slovenian Journal of Human Resource Management, a founder of the community “HR Management in the New World”, co-organizer of “DisruptHRSlovenia”.

The seminar is part of a series of online events where throughout 2021 we will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange experiences, share successful practices. Our guest speakers will be Bulgarian and international experts with whom we will look for working solutions on current HR topics. The seminar series is organized in partnership with Earning by Learning project.
