On May 14, 2024 TSA officially joined the large family of the Bulgarian Diversity Charter being awarded with its certificate of affiliation to its values. The Charter is a joint initiative of the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD) and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF), which expresses the shared belief of its signatories that diversity is not only a key factor for creativity, innovation, growth and productivity, but also a personal incentive for employees to improve their knowledge, competencies, talents and skills. Managers and senior executives of over 30 companies and organizations that have signed the document in the last year received their certificates at an official ceremony, guests of which were Lazar Lazarov, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ana Dzhumalieva, Chairperson of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination, Dimitar Markov, Director of the Legal Programme of the CSD.

Respecting the right of the other to be different, to assert oneself, one’s understanding and one’s uniqueness is part of the mission of the Trust for Social Alternative.
