Trust for Social Achievement Foundation announces a procedure for the selection of a contractor under Decree No. 118 of 20 May 2014 through a public call for tender with the subject: ‘Logistical support for events under the Earning by Learning project funded by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism, within the Youth Employment Programme, which includes the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to promote sustainable and quality employment and reduce social and economic inequalities among youth’.

Activity 1 – Logistical organisation of training for teachers with a maximum total estimated value of BGN 28 033 excluding VAT.
The amount is for the logistical provision of training for teachers in the following cities.

Activity 2 – Logistical organisation of networking events – with a maximum total estimated value of BGN 30 804 excluding VAT.
Sofia, Sliven, Plovdiv and/or Pazardzhik.

Activity 3 – Logistical organisation of trainings for companies – with a maximum total estimated value of BGN 39 727 excluding VAT.

The above amounts are for logistical provision of events and trainings in the following cities:
Sofia, Sliven, Plovdiv and/or Pazardzhik.

One candidate will be selected to carry out all trainings.

The evaluation criterion is “lowest price”.
