The Trust for Social Achievement Foundation announces a procedure for the selection of a contractor under the Decree No 118 of 20 May 2014 through a public call for tender with the subject: ‘Conducting vocational trainings for computer literacy under the project “First Steps for Professional Development”, funded by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism, within the Youth Employment Programme, which includes the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to promote sustainable and quality employment and reduce social exclusion and social exclusion’.

The maximum budget for the implementation of the services covered by this procedure is BGN 40 746, excluding VAT.
The maximum cost of training per person shall not exceed BGN 814,92 excluding VAT.
The maximum budget indicated is for computer literacy training in the following locations.
One candidate will be selected to carry out all the trainings.

Place of service performance: Sofia, Plovdiv, Sliven and Pazardzhik

The evaluation criterion is “lowest price”

The deadline for receipt of tenders is 05 February 2020, 17.00.
