BAMP and the Trust for Social Achievement (TSA) organized another seminar from the series we are doing. The seminar “Generation Z employed – mission successful!” on March 29, 2023 at 2:30 p.m., at the Jägerhof Hotel (Trakia, 2 Saedinenie St.), Lindau Hall. The event turned into a kind of meeting between businesses and young people from vulnerable groups, which gave the participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, opinions, good practices and contacts. This time, however, the location is in Plovdiv, where we talked about the youngest generation, which is already part of the labor market. What is required to attract their attention to us as an employer, what do we need to do to retain them, to engage them to give their best in the work process. Alexandra Katmerova has been a part of Telus International Bulgaria for almost 6 years, she started as a Customer Support Specialist, and for more than a year she has been an active representative of the “Talent Attraction” team.
