In addition to helping young people the project team strives to be as useful as possible to businesses. The project has built a wide-ranging business network involving a number of companies, businesses and companies with representation at both regional and national level, and a number of partnership agreements have been signed with the aim of:
– providing a contact between the partner and a TSA coordinator who will assist the partner’s HR department in the recruitment process;
– providing channels of communication between the partner, local coordinators and potential candidates for vacancies targeted by the project;
– Providing mentoring support to potential candidates during the recruitment process.
Throughout the project period, the project has organised free training and experience sharing events for all private partner companies in the project.
