Another of the leading companies in the country became a partner of Trust for Social Achievment (TSA) foundation which manages Earning by Learning project

With Lidl Bulgaria, part of the leading food retail chain in Europe and the world Lidl, we concluded a partnership agreement under the project, the aim of which is to support access to the labor market of disadvantaged young people – from poorer regions and families and contribute to their professional realization and financial independence.

As a TSA partner, Lidl Bulgaria is committed to supporting project participants by sharing job vacancies and internship opportunities within the company, providing training to acquire skills for better job search performance, such as preparing a resume, behavior during an interview, emotional intelligence.

Within this collaboration, Lidl employees will have the opportunity to participate in various events, free online training and other TSA initiatives.

We congratulate our partners from Lidl for winning the special Diversity@Work award at the Responsible Business Awards 2020, which are organized by the Bulgarian Forum of Business Leaders.
